After leading a transient life as a child, SIRENA IRWIN settled down for college and was ultimately a Phi Beta Kappa graduate in Theatre and International Relations. She won the prestigious Teressina Drama Fund Award for outstanding acting and then dove headlong into her glitzy "show biz" career.

Since moving to Los Angeles, she has had leads in several independent films, has guest and co-starred on various sitcoms ("The Drew Carey Show", "Significant Others", "Ellen"), co-hosted a Comedy Central pilot, and currently recurs as multiple voices on Nickelodeon's "Spongebob Squarepants" and did so as well on Spike's "Stripperella". She also hosts "Toolbox" on the History Channel.

Her stage work includes "Laughter on the 23rd floor" at the Laguna Beach Playhouse, "Love's Labour's Lost" at the San Francisco Shakespeare Festival, Mamet's "Bobby Gould in Hell" and John Patrick Shanley's "Where's My Money?".

She has written and directed multiple shorts including "Whacked", which was picked up for distribution by Hypnotic and sold to HBO Latin America, CBC and was included on Vanguard's DVD compilation of shorts "Look In My Shorts". She also co-created a show that was picked up by HGTV for a pilot. Her newest directing/writing project, "Fit To Be Tied" is now making the rounds at various networks as a TV series.
